　　   Local time November 12th, the eighth American Academy of film arts and Sciences Council awards ceremony was held at the Roy Dube ballroom in Losangeles Hollywood. Jackie Chan Oscar was awarded the annual lifetime achievement award.
　　  The winner of the lifetime achievement award by the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science Council vote, and Jackie Chan is the first won the Oscar Award for lifetime achievement in Chinese, is the youngest ever winner of Oscar prize for lifetime achievement.
