The State Council recently issued the action plan for reaching the carbon peak by 2030, which puts forward the main objectives such as the proportion of non fossil energy consumption, the improvement of energy utilization efficiency and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission intensity, and makes corresponding arrangements for international cooperation and strengthening policy guarantee.
