Floating seals generally consist of a pair of wear-resistant floating seal rings and a pair of rubber rings, which are assembled in a special sealing cavity—the floating seal seat.
The floating seal ring is a saddle-shaped axial floating end face seal ring made of iron alloy material.
The rubber ring is a rubber ring with a circular axial section and a thicker section diameter.
The floating seal seat is a seat cavity with an inner tapered surface, which holds the rubber ring and the floating ring and keeps them in a certain position in space.
