How to detect the floating oil seal?

1.The static seal test of floating oil seal simulates that under the condition that the seal ring is full of oil and the sealing surface is under pressure, observe whether the sealing surface leaks oil or oil to determine whether the seal is qualified.

2.Hardness test of working face of floating oil seal: test the hardness of working face of sealing ring to ensure that the working face has enough hardness.

3.Air pressure test of floating oil seal: the air pressure test simulates the actual working environment of the seal ring. Under the condition of ensuring the atmospheric pressure of the floating sliding seal, put it in the water and observe whether it leaks to determine whether the sealing surface is qualified. The atmospheric pressure is three times of the actual use pressure.

4.Dynamic sealing performance test and reliability life test of floating oil seal: the dynamic sealing performance test and reliability life test of floating oil seal simulate the actual working condition of crawler bulldozer roller, ensure the pressure of floating sliding sealing surface, and the strengthening ratio is 4-5 times of the experimental working condition.
