1. The flatness of the sealing end surface is not more than 0.0009mm (that is, three monochromatic light interference bands); the roughness of the sealing end surface of hard materials is not more than 0.2μm; the roughness of the sealing end surface of soft materials is not more than 0.4μm; The surface should not have defects such as cracks, scratches, pores and looseness that affect the performance.

2. The parallelism of the sealing end face of the sealing ring and the contact end face of the auxiliary sealing ring is in accordance with the level 7 accuracy of GB/T1184-1996.

3. The verticality between the end face of the seal ring and the inner (or outer) circular surface of the auxiliary seal ring should be in accordance with the 7-level accuracy of GB/T1184-1996.

4. The surface roughness Ra of the contact part of the sealing ring and the auxiliary sealing ring. The value is not more than 3.2μm; the outer circle or inner hole size tolerance is h9 or H9.
