The State Railway Administration recently issued a notice on the public solicitation of opinions on the railway passenger transport regulations (Draft for comments) on its official website. Article 12 of the draft for comments states that, "If the real name system is implemented, children over the age of 6 and under the age of 14 can buy children's preferential tickets; children over the age of 14 should buy full price tickets. If the real name system is not implemented, children up to 1.2m and less than 1.5m can buy children's preferential tickets; children up to 1.5m should buy full price tickets."
