  Floating oil seals were born in the late 1950s and were originally used to replace rubber oil seals on bulldozer chassis. The original rubber oil seal was damaged very quickly due to immersion, wear and corrosion in sediment. The floating oil seal is a compact mechanical seal device designed for such harsh working environments. It can prevent lubricating oil from leaking and prevent external mud, water, sand and other pollutants from invading the inside of the equipment. Its structure is simple and generally consists of a pair of wear-resistant metal rings, a floating seal ring and a pair of rubber rings, which are assembled in a special sealing cavity and floating seal seat. It is resistant to dirt, wear, vibration, movement, swing and impact. It works reliably, has a long service life and is easy to maintain.
