Floating seals are designed to serve harsh environments

As a sealing device for transmissions, the floating seal is widely used, and its structure is simple, the seal is reliable, and the service life is long. Therefore, it is widely used in mechanical rotary seals, especially in recent years for mine work. It is especially evident and is one of the best choices. So what are the working environments that the floating seal ring adapts to?

In some environments with oil, water, solid medium, or in an environment where the above three media are mixed with each other, the transmission is more suitable for use with floating oil seals; in addition, in some special environments, such as high ambient temperature, ordinary The oil seal is difficult to handle, and it works well. For some transmissions where the reliability of the equipment is very high, a floating oil seal is also required. Atransmission like this generally means that it is generally difficult to perform maintenance after it is put into operation. In the event of a failure, no matter which aspect of the failure occurs, it will cause a loss. Therefore, the use of floating oiseals is still very necessary.

In addition, for mine operations, I believe many people know that the conditions are very difficult, and the conveying device directly contacts the coal, water, etc., the heat dissipation conditions under the mine are poor, the maintenance is difficult, and the maintenance period of the conveyor is It must be at least one year or so, so for such difficult conditions, only floating oil seals can meet the requirements.

Of course, in addition to the more difficult environment of the mine, it also includes other changes in the environment, such as high temperature, humidity, etc. In these environments, the floating oil seal can still perform well and become the first choice for use in these environments.
