The surface hardness of the sealing surface of the float seal ring is relatively high, generally reaching above HRC58 and up to HRC72. The hardness is closely related to the physical properties of the rubber material. Generally, the higher the hardness, the greater the elastic modulus, the greater the tensile strength, and the lower the elongation at break. Often choose ShoreA50~70 this kind of lower hardness rubber material, easy to install and adjust accurately, you can get better floating performance.
