Today off work at 6:00pm Rvton team make a date on running together to Tuanchengshan Park.

Girls are prepared for this team activity, here are some running tips.


Wait for about two hours after a meal before running.

Warm up, then stretch
“Try some light jogging or walking before you stretch, or stretch after you run. Stretching ‘cold’ muscles can cause more harm than good.” —Runner’s World editors


Stay “liquid”

Listen to your body

To keep safe, run facing traffic.


tay humble. 
If you are very proud of yourself then you think it is too easy and you will come in a fairly low position. But keep your self confidence saying " I can do it". But don't have "false humility" and think you are a terrible runner; that will make you do worse.
